By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which Junior Activity Club Ltd may modify or revise at any time by updating this page. You will be bound by any such modifications or revisions from the time that they are placed on this website.

Parent / Guardian Agreements:

Upon registering interest for our club, you will be sent the Parent Pack.

This will contain any policies to bring to your attention, any agreements to sign and any permission forms etc.

Late Collection of members:

We take the safety of our members very seriously, in the event that a child is to be collected late for any reason, please inform us before the session starts, if in the event of a late collection without prior notice, we will follow our Uncollected Child Policy found on our site. Charges may occur for late collection.

Contact for Transactional Queries:

Please go to our contact us page, submit your query and we will aim to respond to you within 7 working days.

Eligibility:

Membership is open to young people aged 6 – 11. If you are not sure if the young person is eligible to join, please contact the Junior Activity Club.

Refunds/Cancellations:

Refunds are available should the session have to be stopped early due to a venue emergency and or closure.

Refunds will be automatically given to you if your child has to receive emergency care for any reason / has been taken ill during the session.

Refunds are not available if your child has been asked to be removed from the session / collected early due to misconduct, our behaviour policy outlines the steps taken before dismissal / exclusion.

Sessions can be booked in advance, and cancellations can be processed up until 6:00pm on Fridays.

By using this site you agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations concerning your use of our services and this site.
